The lighter button was quite stiff to use, I imagine a person with arthritis or poor hand strength would have a difficult time. Otherwise, I liked it. It’s better for candles than a standard little lighter, because you can reach down into the jar, but it’s smaller and easier to store than a long BBQ lighter, so it’s a good in-between option. The marketing on the package appealed to my sense of humour – I love Snoop and Martha.

Good for small spaces. Would be harder to use with limited hand strength.
+ PROS: easy to store in small spaces (boat: lack of space)
- CONS:not refillable so worse for the environment

nice compact lighter – a little hard to push the button down if you have arthritis but managed in the end

A bit too small/short to be ergonomic
+ PROS: Keeps your fingers away from flame when lighting candles
My husband thought it was OK
- CONS:The idea is ok BUT it's so short in length that the middle of the light pushes uncomfortably halfway in my hand, making it fiddly and un-ergonomic to use. Would prefer a longer lighter that fits in my hand and has a push button design.

As a maker of candles, these are great. small enough to get into smaller candle jars but big enough to not be too fiddly to use.
+ PROS: nice to use
- CONS:single use plastic. not refillable. bad for environment.
Trusted brand, useful format – would’ve saved my tween’s fingers from a singeing if he’d had this for lighting his birthday candles a week prior, as he burned himself lightly on the regular Bic lighter.
