I really enjoyed Burgen Soy & Linseed toast with a topping of mushrooms, also with poached eggs

I really did not enjoy the soy or the linseed in this bread. A different flavour probably would have been awesome

I personally didnt like this bread, however my partner loved it. He said the seeds gave it more texture and taste.

I personally did not like this bread as I hate seeds in bread, however my 4 year old son loved it, so will be buying again for him.

I make my own bread as an attempt to save on money and to reduce my waste – But I forgot how much I LOVE this bread!!! One of my fav’s because its great as a sandwich or toast – win win. Might have to treat myself to some in future shopping trips 😉
