    This is an excellent product. I struggle with dietary issues and have to take omeprazole, and going through peri-menopause. The pharmacist and doctor suggested I get Centrum for Women 50+ even though I am only 48. I feel a lot better and have a bit more energy, definitely feel the difference.
    I also love berocca but it is so much easier just swallowing one capsule a day.

    + PROS: Size. Smells good (some vitamins stink). Good levels of vitamins & minerals - great to take 1 tablet a day.
    - CONS: Would prefer a glass bottle.
