Since they have been made in Malaysia the quality of bags are crap. They split when you put the hot water on them. I have been in touch with head office and have had a voucher to purchase more. I don’t want a voucher just get it sorted
+ PROS: Love the round bags
- CONS:Hate they split

Love Choysa Tea but the new tea bags are awful. They explode as soon as you pour water over them and end up with a cup full of tea leaves.
+ PROS: Good taste
- CONS:Rubbish tea bags.

Please sort the quality of your teabags I never use any other, but I am sick and tired of how the tea bag disintegrates if you move it around, if it’s not sorted soon I will discontinue my use I see there are many complaints about the problem.

I would give no stars if I could. Having been a long term customer, the quality has definitely gone downhill since the revamp of the product and packaging. Having foil bags inside, as opposed to the plastic on the outside, is a step backwards, as I could recycle the plastic but not the foil. The teabags break open far too easily, and the teabag itself has an unnatural sheen to product when wet.
