Hi I love this bread but find the slices a bit too thick be good to get a thinner slice option

I liked this bread.
It is less sweet than many/most other breads and perhaps this is why I liked it so much.
The sweetness in bread should come from the topping, not from the bread.

LOVE this bread! It’s my family’s new favourite. My 9 yr old daughter asks for it when we go shopping. They love it with cream cheese for breakfast. I love that we can enjoy the taste of sourdough, with the wholesomeness of wholemeal. Please keep making it!
