Our parsley is grown by Australian farmers in Biloela, Queensland, where the warm subtropical climate and rich soil create ideal conditions for aromatic, flavoursome herbs. Harvested at their peak, the parsley is roughly chopped and lightly dried (just enough) to lock in fresh flavour for up to 4 weeks once opened. It refreshes during cooking, releasing vibrant, intense flavour.

I don’t often use parsley but so happened to need it for a recipe just as this arrived! A handy product to have in the fridge (I’ll probably pop it in the freezer so it lasts longer)
Less flavourful than fresh parsley and doesn’t last particularly long, being halfway between a fresh and dried product.
+ PROS: Handy little packet lasts longer than a fresh bunch, takes less space than a fresh one when popped in the freezer. Saves time chopping and easy to sprinkle onto food for a vintage garnish!
- CONS:Imported product and it doesn't last super long.
Doesn't have the stems that I'd save for adding to stock.
Far better than dried parsley but not as good as fresh which is one thing that grows easily in the garden. A bit expensive but good to be in a resealable pack
+ PROS: Convenient and better than dried. Good to have resealable packaging.
- CONS:Expensive, not as good as fresh from the garden.

I tried it in a yoghurt dip- the parsley taste was not particularly strong. It was Ok but probably would not buy unless there was nothing else available. Expensive and I would prefer fresh parsley which is easy to grow. May be useful if travelling?
+ PROS: Would last for a while. May be good in soups.
- CONS:Taste not as good as fresh. Expensive.

This is not a good substitute for fresh parsley. If you’re adding to a dish while cooking that also requires salt it is fine.
