I brought the boil in the bag ezi cook kings basmati rice and it smells like faeces when cooking, it’s so bad we did not bother to taste it. I sent 2 emails to know ngs choice but they just ignored me

Always buy your product but the last one I bought smelt off in the packet and especially after it was cooked. I got comments like it had urine smell/taste
