After using Kurols for some years, with great results, I now find that it is almost impossible to unwrap the lozenge without a pair of scissors. Certainly not able to unwrap whilst driving! The taste and texture have also changed, now a sticky sweet and not as effective as they used to be.

I have used Kurols for years then the last bag i got I wasn’t able to suck them or even leave then in my mouth as they felt like they had splinters of glass in them hope they sort this out

Hi there…I have relied on Kurols the best cough and sore throat lozenge you could get for years…You never had one as a Lolly but you knew they would give relief
It seems a little milder than it used to be..have you changed the medication..I hope you haven’t ?..I hope it hasn’t been changed to make it more of a lolly..these things work
