I buy my coffee from a nz company that sell them in bulk lots and we return the capsules for recycling. Home compatable capsules would be great!

I am looking for more environmentally sustainable alternatives. Nespresso recycle their pods. there are also compostable pods becoming available in other brands.

I am a coffee snob, these capsules were ok but I found them quite astringent. If they were the only coffee pods available I would drink them.
