I prefer bread that is not savoury or sweet flavoured as it’s more versatile, i.e. I can’t use this bread to make a PBJ sandwich!

I opened my black box at work and we all had a try. Not one person said they didn’t like it. The softnes was spot on and the hint of chillie and smokeyness was really nice.

I normally buy Freya’s low carb if it’s available, but this had a nice little chilli kick for sandwiches! A bit strange for toast though eg with vegemite or jam.
