Too much peppermint mouth was burning long after brushing so spoke to dentist she said the levels of mint oil must be to much if it is giving you peppermint burn as she called it even with the smallest of amounts on my toothbrush. She told me to refrain from using it again. Will keep to my dentist prepeared toothpaste.

+ PROS: good size tube for one person and for travelling no nasty chemicals in it all natural ingredients
- CONS: too much peppermint oil/ extract in it burns my mouth too much

I like Red Seal toothpaste – they always taste great, leave my mouth feeling fresh and teeth clean.

+ PROS: Not too strong, easy to use, great taste.
- CONS: Tube was quite small for the price.
