This is hands down my new favorite Mayo brand – we had the pleasure of trying their BBQ Mayo via blackbox in the past and really loved the flavour profile. Being able to try the plain version now, I can confirm that SideCar is an overall amazing brand. This mayo tastes almost homemade, not too sweet/sugary and with a light texture. Highly recommend.
