This mayo is a real winner and well worth the extra cost. It’s the most delicious mayo I’ve tried – creamy and thick but has enough fluidity to drizzle on a salad (unlike the clumps made by similar products), a distinctly authentic flavour – a lemony maybe? – it taste’s like it’s been freshly homemade. It comes in a generous glass jar that can be easily recycled.
