The thickened cream was a lifesaver tonight. I was making beef stroganoff for dinner. Suddenly realised I had forgotten to buy the sour cream. Beautiful addition to our Saturday crepes with strawberry jam and sliced feijoa. Handy sized pack so you don’t waste any product, took the hassle of making creame away and added decadence to our meal that normal creme just can not compete with.
