This is the first time trying a meat alternative, surprisingly it wasn’t too bad, we fried it up and added more seasoning and treated it like real mince and it was pretty tasty served on top of a hot bowl of noodles.

+ PROS: Easy storage without the need to freeze, easy to prepare.
- CONS: If you don't like beans unfortunately there is quite a lot of beans in the mixture.
