I good hearty loaf of bread which was much better as toast. Had it with a sweet topping (Jam) and a savoury topping (avocado and tomato) and both were lovely. I must say I missed the salt in the bread, but felt good eating it.

Enjoyed the grain but the texture of the bread wasn’t to my liking. If double toasted which firmed it up it helped.

The whole family absolutely loved this loaf!!! My eldest son loved it for his marmite and chip sandwiches since the pieces are thicker and filled him up more.
