A bit rougher in texture than the Burgen Soy & Linseed which is our usual seedy bread. I prefer the Soy and Linseed. However the Sensational Seeds is 50% lower carbs! Decisions, decisions. I should compare the nutritional value of the two products.

+ PROS: 50% less carbs; High fibre; Lower in kilojoules.
- CONS: Has a grainier texture than Burgen Soy & Linseed.
