this was really good! NOT hot at all.. tasty ..2 inb our family are chilli and curry intolerant.. it is easy to make the recipe on the box – instructions easy to follow.. i used chopped up cooked chicken instead of cooking chicken from scratch .. i used a leek and carrots ..just what i had available..if using cooked chicken, throw it in at the end just to heat it through or you will toughen it. I will buy thi again ..and again, trying different recipes

I liked the mild spice and the kids ate it so it must of been good, I would say very mild spice not too strong and could still add other flavours of your own.
