Canterbury Biltong Biersticks

Our italian biersticks are a high protein, air dried beef sausage snack.

We use free range grass fed prime new zealand topside beef mixed with a little fat. No fillers are used whatsoever.
With this deliciously tasty recipe we use a mix of herbs, cracked pepper and a hint of garlic.

They do not require refrigeration, they come in a high spec foiled packaging to ensure freshness.
