Quick and convenient. Enjoyed it more than I expected and liked the blend of grains and seeds. Not too sweet and good texture

- CONS: Fairly pricing but you are paying for convenience, taste and New Zealand made. May have to add fruit or yoghurt to make a more substantial breakfast
