An easy option with healthful ingredients. An easy option that isn’t too sweet but is still tasty.

+ PROS: Easy to make, not too sweet, healthful ingredients, filling and sustaining.
- CONS: a lot of packaging for one meal, a bit gluggy in terms of its texture.

Not a fan of this oats – flavour is strong and it was not enjoyable to eat at all. Also, it became too dry for my liking even after filling water up to the fill line.
