Same as everyone else. Tap is useless. Revert to original PLEASE or I will change brands after 30 years

For many years I have appreciated the Chasseur cask wine product for it’s practicality, great for picnics, ideal on a boat or camper van where space is at a premium and broken glass a tragedy and, a reasonably good flavour.
Why oh why has the tap dispenser been replaced with a push button that is difficult to use and leaks the product which then makes the box all soggy. I’m looking for an alternative.
For goodness sake! JUST FIX IT!!!

The new dispenser is stupid it leaks is hard to operate and completely useless. What was wrong with the old spigot

Hi there just to let you know that I don’t like the new push dispenser as it’s too hard to use. PLEASE go back to the Tap style.
Also, the perforated opening is now changed and too small, making it difficult to pull out the bag ready for use.
Why? when you had an easy to use product would you change and make it more difficult?
