Love the new packaging. having two separate bags is a great idea but I have to shake each bag before I use it to check it is completely sealed and even then it can burst when you are removing them from the cup. Flavour could do with a boost too.

We are in our 60’s and have always bought Choysa tea bags and have really enjoyed our cuppa but now we totally agree with the other people. The bags fall apart very easily and sometimes you can’t get a good cup of tea out of it. Too weak and no flavor. Disappointed customer. Looking else were.
+ PROS: None
- CONS:AS above

Totally agree with these reviews. We’ve been buying Choysa Tea bags for more than 20years and now they are rubbish. They break easily and taste weak. Definitely changing brands. I don’t like the budget brand but geez at least they hold the tea in the bag. How disappointing that you have chosen cheap and nasty over quality.
+ PROS: New packaging
- CONS:The quality of the Tea and the new paper

What have you done to the choysa tea bags. They break in the cup and you’ve got tea dust floating in the cup. They don’t taste the same either. I have been using Choysa round tea bags for years, but I’m going to have to change to a different brand. So sad

About to start using another brand. No flavour in the tea anymore.Been using Choysa for over 30 years and now no matter how long you leave the bag to steep the resulting brew is insipid. Whatever you have done, be it the packaging, tea bag material or the tea used, it’s an abject failure on your part.
