Really tasty, bold flavour and I like how thinly it was sliced. Great for a charcuterie board or a baguette style sandwich.
Was a touch saltier than I like for salami.

It arrived late afternoon and we got stuck right in! Delicious. The smell for me was a little strong. the flavour was bold and deep. My partner preferred it to me on it’s own. We later used it on a pizza and I enjoyed it more combined with cheese and other ingredients.
