Dilmah Cinnamon Turmeric Ginger Nutmeg Infusion Tea

20 string & tag tea bags of caffeine-free rooibos, cinnamon, turmeric, ginger and nutmeg. An enticing aroma and a dark amber liquor lead to a complex infusion, with herb and caramel notes yielding to mild pepper, spice and a gingery finish.

This was a pleasant drink especially if you like spices. The cinnamon was the strongest note with a hint of lingering heat from the ginger in your mouth. Subtle aroma. Spices support gut health. Add water only. Drink hot or cold. Infuse for at least 5 minutes to develop stronger flavour. Sustainable outer packaging. Can compost used teabags.

+ PROS: PROS: Can drink hot or cold. Nice tea to relax with. Caffeine free. Flavorsome and aromatic. Tea bag on string for easy removal from tea cup.
    - CONS: CONS: Cinnamon flavour is dominant

I really enjoyed this. The cinnamon flavour is dominant but the turmeric and nutmeg are also middle notes. I felt like I was doing something good for my health drinking this tea. I have never had Rooibos before so unsure how it would compare, but I would describe this as being like a herbal tea.
I think it would support digestion.

+ PROS: Pleasant taste - especially if you like the smell of Hot Cross buns! I think it has health benefits too.
    - CONS: None for me - can only see an issue if you aren’t a cinnamon fan.
