What a great little snack, packed with nutrients. It’s hard to find plant based options for long life food, and this is the best option I have found.

+ PROS: Great taste. Light snack. Full of protein.
- CONS: Doesn't come in 100g tins, and doesn't come in multi-packs. (Or atleast I haven't seen them).
