Really great snack! Bonus was that it survived 2 days in a backpack plus a 3 hour hike without disintegrating into a pile of dry crumbs (pic included), which suggests it would be a great snack to take on a trek. Tasted yum without being too sweet, lovely texture (not too moist, not too dry). I would purchase these as a treat for sure.
