Very disappointed. Worst trumpet type ice-cream as the cone was soft and soggy. The ice cream was OK but that’s all.

Do not waste your money. Most disappointing ice cream I’ve ever had. The cones are soft, soggy, bendy, horrible had to bin it. Actual ice cream was ok but nothing to write home about. These need to be taken off the shelves they are so bad.

Worlds worst ice creams! the cones soggy and leathery the ice cream was tasteless and there were no sugary nuts. What a joke! On closer inspection box says ‘made in the Netherlands’ there’s your problem right there. Passing them off as NZ made. Straight in the bin!

Bought as a special treat for visiting Grandchildren over Christmas. A very bad choice. As others here has stated – the cones were like cardboard which had gone soggy. Nothing nice about them at all. Certainly would not buy the again.

How disappointing. Brought mint and choc cones. Ice cream lovely but cones are awful – soft and chewy like eating soggy cardboard. And very difficult to get paper off cone. I emailed them as per the pack but they couldn’t even have the decency to get back to me. Won’t be buying again.

The cone quality needs to improve.
Recommend not buying choc mint cones.
