I’m not a whole meal bread fan at all ,but do enjoy sourdough so decided to give it a go ,I was not disappointed,love this bread ,mild sour taste not over powering ,great as toast or Toasted cheese sandwich ,or fresh ,I freeze my bread and defrost in the microwave ,this was as fresh as the day I bought it ,real hit with me.

Consistent, firm texture with a slight yeasty aroma. Would prefer sourdough to have a more crusty outer but a good effort overall
