Delicious great taste. It wasn’t too sweet so putting icing on top really made it awesome. It rose well and was easy to mix and bake. Fantastic to take around for my vegan friends

Didn’t really rise nor did it bind (lack of eggs presumably).
Not a fan of the taste, but I turned it into a Victoria Sponge with fresh cream and jam. Made it much more palatable.

+ PROS: Healthier than a usual cake
- CONS: Price - $22 is a joke surely?

I tried this mix as cup cakes. Found them very heavy and an odd flavour. Icing may help. Disappointing as I-have tried other gluten free cakes and found them more palatable. However my 3 year old grand daughter seemed to enjoy them.

I was very skeptical but made the mix into muffins and I don’t mind them at all. I have found them moist and quite chocolaty. My packet has also started to open so some mixture had got out

Thank God I’m not Vegan. The only thing chocolate in this cake is the colour. It was horrible, and too make things worse it’s expensive
