I have tried this supplement several times now on and off as a sleep aid and every time that I take it I wake with really unpleasant symptoms of panic and nausea in the early hours of the morning. Presuming that it’s the passionflower. Not a great result and I feel anything but calm.

- CONS: - Waking with panic sensations - Nausea - Chest ache

I started taking Calm due to background anxiety. I don’t know if it’s the placebo effect but the difference it’s made is amazing. I have a medical condition made worse when I’m anxious. I’ve noticed it way less and if it happens my reaction to it is so much better. I feel so pleased I tried Calm. It’s made a huge difference in such a short time.

+ PROS: As above, I feel really good.
- CONS: None so far.
