To be fair this is the first product of this type I’ve ever tried so I don’t know what to have expected. Pellet dropped in water. Seemed to take ages to dissolve. Taste: A bit yuck. Not a flavour I would seek out for any reason anywhere ever again. Result. Didn’t notice any particular difference. I’d been detoxing off a nasty prescribed drug and felt very low in everything. Felt I needed a BOOST. At best I received a gentle prod and an encouraging ’You can do it’. Summary. Not a fan. Each to their own and if it helps get you through that’s awesome. I won’t be riding that pony again myself. 👍
