Honesty this drink has made me poop 💩 for the first 3 days. My bowl has become so light after having this drink, increased my metabolism and I am so hungry whenever I drink this. But trust me if you control your hunger it works perfectly. I can’t explain the ingredients here again as we all so good to check Google about each ingredient and how it works. All I want to say here and quite honestly is this drink is worth to buy and you can see changes.

+ PROS: Pros: You keep peeing after you drink and may be poop several times but it's ok if you are at home. Taste little bitter. You can add honey if you want.
- CONS: Cons: 1. Better sleep 2. Better digestion.
