30% PRICE RISE IN ONE JUMP TO $6.50
Hi, I like the salt and vinegar Hooleys,
but I went to buy them today 23rd June 2025 and price has gone up from $4.99 yesterday to $6.50 today in one jump at the dairy i get them from. thats a +30% jump in one hit.
Doesn’t that seem like a huge price jump in one go +30%
Do you think that’s the dairy or the suppliers or the Owners They are owned by a Japanese company called Calbee Group
Also I found out it is Halal food, meaning islamic for (perfect) food which I didn’t know,and made in Indonesia.
I was wondering because of all the turmoil going on in the world and after searching I can’t find out who put the price up,
but for a dairy who I’ve known for 20 years seems rather high, that 30%.
Time will tell I suppose if it is just the diary or other retailers follow.
