Hoki crumbed fish fillets are produced from the high quality wild-caught new zealand msc certified hoki caught in waters off new zealand. The hoki is filleted and then coated in a crispy golden crumb. They are flash fried in canola oil and then snap-frozen to enhance their freshness and flavour.
