If you like brioche, these are a treat!
+ PROS: They're delicious for brioche lovers. But too sweet if you're not.
- CONS:A tad small. And lots of plastic packaging.
Lamb burgers tonight with La Fournee doree brioche buns. The teenage boy loved them but hubby not so keen as didn’t think they had much flavour and were quite thin and flat plus a tad small for burgers. Maybe better for sliders?
+ PROS: Easy to use, hold together well, probably good for a slider not so much a burger. Didn’t compete with the flavour of the fillings.
- CONS:A bit small, thin and flat if using for burgers.
