Not at all reminiscent of the kormas I’ve had from Indian restaurants, but a tasty mild curry nevertheless. Simple additions, could be substituted for other veges but we made it as per the packet. Quick and easy dinner, especially for cooks who aren’t confident in the kitchen (like my husband!).
