Not my thing. Prefer to take tablets when unwell and use natural honey and lemon drinks to sooth sore throats if needed

Gave it to my neighbor to use as she is currently down with a cold this morning, she told me this was such a help for her she got the best sleep ever are having this and would highly recommend it and asked me if I would go and buy her some more. She said it worked minimizing her symptoms so she could get a good rest and the flavour was so much better than others she has tried her words were, it doesn’t taste like burnt lemon.
