My husband tried this and said it did the job. However, he is used to an established brand of hot lemon drink which has a much stronger flavour. He would only buy Maxigesic if his preferred UK brand was not available.
+ PROS: Eases cold symptoms
- CONS:Lacks flavour

Lovely refreshing drink that helped with my scratchy throat when I was sick.
I didn’t have a cold when I tried this, but waited until I had a bit of a headache instead. It dissolved instantly and provided effective pain relief. The taste was a bit more pleasant than other cold and flu drinks, but still left a slight aftertaste. At this stage it’s just a lemon-flavoured analgesic drink, albeit a good option for anyone who struggles with taking tablets. Perhaps Maxigesic could expand their range to include a drink with pseudoephedrine, phenylephrine or guaifenesin for more cold-specific symptoms.

Similar to other products but not the lemony hit that I expected.
Ingredients do the job. They REALLY need to beef up the lemon flavour though. Very bland flavour when there is nothing better than a tasty hot lemon drink for sickness
+ PROS: Actual ingredients work well
- CONS:Does not taste at all like a lemon drink. Very bland.

Not sure on the flavour, but might be ok when really sick. Love having hot drinks, so it’s appreciated to have a product that caters to that. Helped my sore head.
