Our Horopito & Beef.
With the piquant peppery taste of native Horopito and grass-fed NZ Beef, this slow-cooked Ragu is best accompanied by any type of pasta, like pappardelle, or fettuccine. Heat and serve with plenty of freshly grated Parmesan cheese and fresh Italian Parsley leaves.
Alternatively, serve with fresh steamed broccolini, wilted spinach, creamy mashed potato, or even spooned on a hot baked potato with a dollop of sour cream to finish.

Nice sauce – just enough for two if the meal is bulked out with pasta and a few vegetables. It is nice to have a sauce that was not too salty.

We didn’t really enjoy this. It was quite bland and didn’t have much meat.

Nice Flavour, but packet size is quite small.
