Moosies Ice Cream Bar Milk Freeze 8pk

As an 80 year old, I find the contents very yummy but am having trouble getting to it (the contents, that is). I find cutting the top of the item off and sucking the contents up into the mouth not only a bit awkward but also undignified, not to mention getting frostbite on the fingers pushing the contents up from the bottom.
But then, maybe these things are not intended for oldies like me?
I’m very keen to see how others go about eating these delicious morsels and look forward to someone showing a picture or two of showing how it’s done.
