I love the sustainable packaging and longevity of this product, and that it is a NZ brand. I found it easy and convenient to make up to use in smoothies and on cereal, however, I don’t think the consisitency would lend itself to great coffee.

Although we have a good espresso machine, I could not froth this stuff successfully. Result was thin and watery with floating oily stuff. Not a fan.
