When I first looked at this product I thought it was another cold and flu drug which I don’t buy or take, I really love the idea of a natural alternative but I think they need to work on their packaging because it looks like all the other cold and flu drugs

What does it do?! It doesn’t make any direct claims on the box except that it’s supposed to help you sleep. How?! Seems like a bogus product to me.
