Very interesting. Big flavour hit when you first eat one then is balanced nicely but all the grains and seeds. Bits got stuck in my teeth alot but my 2 daughters loved them.

+ PROS: Great flavour, healthy.
- CONS: Can get small grains stuck in teeth and expensive for the amount.
