One of nz’s iconic producers palliser wines is named after cape palliser. Located in martinborough their first grapes were harvested in 1989. Palliser was one of the first wineries in the world to be certified sustainable. Wines are handcrafted from the best fruit and have an elegance and purity that truly reflects their sense of place.
