+ PROS: Easy to use. Simple instructions. I made mine with 2 cans of Chickpeas, 1 can brown Lentils, frozen red capsicum and frozen okra. Healthy and delicious! Served with Scallion pancakes as I didn't have any roti!
- CONS: I'd suggest adding garlic and ginger too but it didn't mention to.
