We used lamb shanks instead of chicken and cooked it in the pressure cooker, the shanks took on the spices well. We did have to add additional ingredients (garlic, chilli) and proper coconut milk as the coconut/milk pack looked very watery. Do marinate meat or veg in the spice powder mix a few hours ahead-that way you will get a sightly deeper flavour.
+ PROS: Easy to prepare/make
Would be good for those who can't tolerate spice/heat or like a basic curry
- CONS:More of a watery korma rather than a creamy korma-so had to thicken the sauce at the end when meat had cooked.

Wasn’t a fan of the consistency and taste of the coconut sachet. Does not taste like a traditional korma and not as creamy
+ PROS: Easy to use.
Simple instructions.
I made mine with 2 cans of Chickpeas, 1 can brown Lentils, frozen red capsicum and frozen okra. Healthy and delicious!
Served with Scallion pancakes as I didn't have any roti!
- CONS:I'd suggest adding garlic and ginger too but it didn't mention to.
