A striking mix of South Island purple wheat, rustic rye, and golden grains gives this loaf its colour, crunch, and hearty character. High in whole grains and plenty of fibre, it’s crafted to be both delicious and gloriously good for you.

Not much different to their other varieties
+ PROS: Soft, tasty, not too grainy or gritty.
- CONS:Mine went mouldy before I could finish it. It was only about 4 days old so probably best frozen.
Excellent bread even a week later the bread was still soft. I kept it in the fridge. Hundred percent re-purchase this on special only. I don’t normally purchase anything over $2.50 in the bread catagory
Love this bread. Great flavour and texture and the size of the slice is perfect for either sandwiches or toast.
+ PROS: Great all round bread.
Good fibre

A bit to grain dense and dry for a sandwich slice for my taste but it is probably better in a toast slice. There other grain choices I find more pleasant on the palate but its OK worth a try you may prefer it.
+ PROS: Healthy
Naturak
- CONS:Grains felt too dry in my mouth

Ploughmans bread is our favourite so buy it every week. We love the seed one. Was lovely and soft.
I liked this. It was still super fresh even though it arrived one day after the due date. Couldn’t eat it all and threw the rest to the birds. They liked it too!!

Lots of grains, seemed a little thicker than my usual go-to grain bread. Often purchase Ploughmans breads
