Quite simply horrible! The family pie only had 8 small pieces of steak in it and each one was just full or gristle with that nasty rancid fat taste. So we just ended up with a pastry and gravy meal, and a slightly nasty rancid taste in our mouths. We did email our complaint to the manufacturers but never heard back, so clearly their customer service is just as bad as their butchery!
