Not for me. Way too strong, especially when I still have toothpaste trauma from a difficult pregnancy with Hyperemesis. But I have only ever liked mild mint or spearmint flavours even before that. I didn’t like this at all, but it really freshened my breath. I don’t think it has fluoride in which I need, again because of the difficult pregnancy and I could hardly bear to clean my teeth.
