i found they helped but not convenient when you have to take at 2 separate times, and 2 each time. means if you were to get more youd go through quite a few packs continually

These seemed to work for me – I slept right through the night. It is a bit annoying to have to take 4 tablets each time – 2 an hour before bed and 2 right at bed time.
